The Sharp JH-3500U 3.5kW 240 VAC grid-tie inverter is unique in that
you can wire up to 3 different strings of solar modules to the inverter,
each with different numbers or types of modules facing different
directions. While it is always best in the northern hemisphere to orient
all of your solar modules facing true south, the SunVista opens up the
option of placing a portion of your solar array on east or west facing
roof sections.  The SunVista features a separate wired LCD display that can
be surface mounted remotely to monitor the performance of the system. It
also has a built-in ground fault protection circuit, NEMA 3R enclosure for
outdoor installations and a 5 year limited warranty. It does not have
built-in DC/AC disconnects. If your solar array is too large to fit on
your south facing roof causing you to install some of your solar modules
on east or west sections, consider using the Sharp SunVista.
